Job Description:
- Manage projects for the installation and commissioning of gas and steam turbines and generators from start to handover.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and risk management.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product centers, suppliers, and regional companies to ensure efficient execution.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through technical leadership and post-sale review meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (PMI or PM@Siemens certifications preferred).
- Extensive experience in the power generation sector, especially with turbines and generators.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects with significant financial responsibility.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English (German or Arabic is a plus).
- Willingness to travel internationally and work in multicultural and challenging environments.
2️⃣ Accountant – Field Services & Equipment Management
Job Description:
- Manage financial and commercial activities related to field services and equipment rental.
- Supervise cost centers, allocations, bookings, and expenditures.
- Manage asset lifecycle including registration, rental, prepayments, and annual inventory.
- Support procurement tasks, such as purchase order creation and invoice review using Web Cycle.
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts, analyze variances.
- Ensure compliance with financial standards (FRG, IFRS, Tax) and assist in audits.
- Collaborate with regional finance management to achieve financial performance goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s or professional certification preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience with small projects, cost center management, and asset management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
- Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of import/export, logistics, and compliance.
